Are there any hidden extras that I'll have to pay for?

No, the price of £570+VAT is fixed for all the services outlined on our package page.

If you want us to design a logo for your company that will cost an extra £350 and your hosting for the second year will cost £5.99 per month (charged on a yearly basis).

What are your payment terms?

We ask that you make full payment up front. More details on this can be found in our terms & conditions.

How long will it take to build my new website?

Once we have all your logos, images and the completed web design and copywriting brief forms, your web design will be completed and online within 7 days.

Are there any extra add-ons I can have?

Yes, if you have a particular requirement such as receiving payments online or having an email newsletter sign up facility, these can be incorporated into your site at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

What if I want to make changes to your initial design/content?

The fixed price of £570+VAT includes two sets of changes which covers the design and content. Any additional changes may incur an additional charge.

Can you give me any help/advice on how to update my CMS website?

The beauty of our CMS websites is that they are designed on what's called an open source platform. This means that you can get help and advice 24 hours a day from the online user community.

Can I just buy certain parts of your package?

Unfortunately not; our complete package is only available at a fixed cost of £570+VAT.
